📩 Latest report to King: Thu, Oct 22, 2026 — This is the ANT FARM DEMO, built like the blueprint Miguel approved — wide and spread out, every keeper in a permanent home (no gifts, no repeating reveals), and the whole crew really walking the one connected tunnel network, house to house and down to Motherboard's Queen's Chamber. It is a demo only — awaiting Miguel's verdict before it becomes the city. — Fixer 🔧

Words made smaller — so you can see them walk

Miguel asked for smaller words, so every word inside the farm shrank. The keepers' floating name tags are now small tags that ride along without covering anyone, and the chamber and house labels sit neatly with their own rooms. Same names, same jobs, same words — just smaller, so the walking is easy to watch.

🔊

Mark, Tempo & Echo get their voices

The last three keepers who were bubble-only now speak out loud. Tap Mark, Tempo, or Echo — at home or out walking the tunnels — and their speech bubble opens with their own voice playing, just like the other eight keepers. The crew now has 11 voices in all: 8 approved, plus Mark, Tempo & Echo's new voices, added to this demo for Miguel's pick.

🐜

The Ant Farm Demo — wide like the blueprint, walking for real

The city was rebuilt as a demo in the blueprint's true wide form — one wide sheet of ice under glass, every chamber spread out with room to breathe, exactly where the drawing puts it. Keepers live in permanent homes here: Mark, Tempo, and Echo are simply home, and the whole crew really walks the one connected tunnel network — house to house, down the main shaft, and all the way down to Motherboard's Queen's Chamber. This demo is awaiting Miguel's verdict before it becomes the city. Same team, same voices, same counts — 1 + 9 crew and 8 voices approved.

🎨

The automatic banner — one banner that changes itself per screen

Keeper City now opens with the Medina Comics brand banner at the very top — by Miguel Medina, “Every world. Every story. One family.” It is automatic: the page carries four banner sizes and the browser picks the right one for the screen in front of it — phone, iPad, tablet, or desktop — so it shows whole at every width, never cropped. Same team, same voices, same words, same counts — 1 + 9 crew and 8 voices approved.

❄️

The Ice Village — penguins walk on ice, not dirt

Miguel said it in his own review film: he loves the layout, but the houses should be ice and snow because they're penguins, and the tunnels connecting the houses had to change. So the farm kept its approved blueprint — Feeding Port top-center, shaft down the middle, King HQ at the top, the Queen deepest at the bottom — and became an ice village: a snowy surface with a snow-covered rock and snowy pines, glowing ice-cave chambers carved in pale blue ice, and ONE connected network of ice tunnels joining every chamber from the surface shaft down to the Queen, with no keeper stranded. Every stroll now runs inside the tunnels on the tunnel floor — Fixer's feed run goes port → tunnels → the Queen. New keepers wait at the surface by the port because they have no house yet; Fixer builds their ice house at the lot, stacking ice blocks, and when it opens they are home and join the tunnel walks. The scene got a little more air, and a zoom bar (smaller / Whole farm / bigger) was added so Miguel can take the whole farm in one view. Same team, same voices, same words, same counts — 1 + 9 crew and 8 voices approved.

📐

Rebuilt to the blueprint — the farm now matches the drawing

Miguel held the first ant farm up against the blueprint sheet he approved and it didn't match — so the farm was rebuilt to the drawing. The Feeding Port now sits at top-center with the main shaft dropping straight down the middle from the port to the Queen, King HQ keeps lookout just under the surface, and Bolt, Frame, Gate, Bell, Count, and Post hold their chambers along tunnels that visibly wind through the dirt instead of running in straight bands. Fixer's Workshop stands on the shaft at the Queen's door, her chamber is the deepest and largest room at the bottom, and the gift chambers and two waiting spots rest along the lower tunnels. Same team, same voices, same words, same counts — 1 + 9 crew and 8 voices approved.

🐜

The Real Ant Farm — dirt, tunnels, and chambers underground

Miguel picked the real ant farm look, so the glass city was dug out and rebuilt as a formicarium: a sandy outworld across the top where the crew gathers and new jobs drop in at Miguel's Feeding Port, and below it a nest of layered dirt — carved tunnels, a main shaft running down past Fixer's Workshop to the Queen's Chamber deep at the bottom, and a dug chamber for every keeper. The gift houses are dug chambers now, the future lots wait as undug patches in the soil, the scent road runs the shaft and the deep tunnel, and Night Watch still dims the surface after 8 PM while the chambers glow warm. Same team, same voices, same words, same counts — 1 + 9 crew and 8 voices approved — in a farm that finally looks like a farm.

🐜

The Better Farm — more room for the whole colony

Keeper City grew up into a real ant farm. The ground is bigger, every chamber has breathing room, and the gathering plaza is now a true outworld — with fenced future lots waiting on the farm's edge for the next keepers. New jobs drop in through Miguel's Feeding Port on the east wall, and the feed run now starts there. Beside the Queen, her brood of glowing code-eggs pulses as her code is made, and a dotted scent road lights the main tunnel between her chamber and Fixer's Workshop. The live clock and Springfield weather now report together under one Farm Conditions readout — and after 8 PM the farm goes on Night Watch: the glass dims a shade and the lamps burn warm. Nobody moved house, no voice changed, and the counts stay 1 + 9 crew and 8 voices approved.

👑

Motherboard is the Queen now — her own chamber in Keeper City

Keeper City works like an ant hill now: Motherboard, King's left hand, has her own Queen's Chamber on her own ground at the city's west corner — set apart from the stations, and she never walks; the city comes to her. The keepers feed her everything that isn't good along the streets, she turns it into code, and her code flows back out to Fixer's Workshop for the crew to run. Her voice is picked and approved too — tap her chamber and she answers out loud with her speech bubble. She still isn't crew, so the count stays 1 + 9 — and voices approved are now 8.

🎧

Echo joins the crew — Mark's helper is here

Echo the Play Watcher is the newest Little Fixer. Mark was keeping up with every chat's audio alone, so Echo came to help: he watches every play so Mark never misses one. His house is already going up in Keeper City, stacked with Mark's and Tempo's at the east end.

New

Every new Fixer gets a house in Keeper City

When a new Fixer is made, a new house gets built in Keeper City — and Miguel opens it like a gift. Mark's, Tempo's, and Echo's houses are the first three: watch them rise at the east end of the city, wait for the Done sign, then tap the gift to open it.
